    • Who pays for the return?

      The return costs are always at the expense of the customer. There is an exception, if your item is faulty, we will pay the shipping cost for the return.

    • How can I take care of my products through the years

      These products need a little bit of attention in order to make them last over the years, here are some tips that will help you do that:

      • Charge the product 8-10 hours, no more no less.
      • Charge the product even if your child is not using it. It is important to keep the components inside the battery active. Failure to charge the vehicle regularly will damage the battery which could be the cause of the product not charging. We recommend that you charge it at least once a month.
      • Please ensure that the product is turned off after your child is finished playing with it.
      • Do not leave your vehicle outside, we advise you to keep your vehicle in a dry place and away from humidity.
      • Please disconnect the battery if you do not charge it or no longer use the product.
      • For cleaning the vehicle: take a damp cloth or glove. Never pour water directly on the vehicle which could damage the electronic circuits.
    • I just received my product but I’ve noticed scratche(s) and/or dent(s), what shall I do?

      Unfortunately those scratches and dents happens during the fabrication of the product. The electric vehicule are made of plastic and when they paint it, scratches and dents appear this is unfortunately inevitable and this will be with all those types of vehicules. On a black vehicule you will notice it more, of course. 

      Attention: These cannot be a motive for complain, any partial refund or return from our side.



    • I received my package but ordered a license plate that I cannot find, what should I do?

      If you entered a name when ordering, you will find your sticker license plate on the outside of the box in a "packing list" envelope the delivery note / invoice is inside and the sticker plate just behind . It sometimes happens that the carrier removes this envelope by mistake in this case contact our customer service by indicating your order number and we will send you a new one by post.

    • What is the first thing that I should do when I receive my package?

      Here is a list of things that you have to do when you receive your product. This will avoid you to end up out of the return policy in case your product is defect etc.. In this order: 

      • Take your license plate located outside the box. 
      • Open the box and control that every parts is there and that nothing on the body is broken due to transport. 
      • Without assembling the product, only plug the battery and check that the car turns on. 
      • Still without assembling completely the product. Install the motors (only the motors)
      • Finally: test the remote control. Still without assembling the rest of the vehicle. Switch off the vehicle. Follow the steps to connect the remote control. Once connected press the buttons to see if everything is working correctly.
      • If all those steps were a success, you can finish to assemble your product and enjoy. 

      If one of those steps has failed please contact our customer service asap. Do not assemble further the product. 

      Warning: An assembled product cannot be returned. 

      Warning: We only accept claims about a missing spare parts of article within the 3 days following the delivery, if you are out of this period missing item will be at your own cost if you wish to receive it. 



    • Where is my order?

      Your order could be in multiple locations... it could be in our warehouse, waiting for shipping, traveling or being delivered by courier. First, you should check if you have received your shipping email. If so, then it is on the way, if not, your order is still in our warehouse.

      You can track your order at the top of this page based on your order number and email address. You can find your order number by logging into your account or in your confirmation email.

    • Can I return outside the return policy?

      From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time.

    • Why was my order cancelled?

      If you have placed an order and received a cancellation email from us, we are very sorry.

      Occasionally, we may not have the product in stock at the time we process your order. If you received the cancellation email, it means that the refund has been made. The refund can take up to 4 days, this is the bank transaction, unfortunately we can't do anything about it.

    • I don't have the original packaging. Can I return my product?

      Unfortunately, you can't return the vehicle if it's not in its original packaging.

    • Can I cancel or edit my order?

      Once you have placed your order, you have the next hour to make a change by contacting us. It may happen that your order has already been processed and shipped by the time we are able to attend to your request. We apologize if this is the case.

    • When will I receive my refund?

      Once your package is back in our warehouse and our team has checked the package, we will issue your refund. Once the package arrives, it usually takes 7 business days to check it. Once it has been checked we can issue the refund. Note that the whole process of returns can take up to 14 working days.

    • I have not received my refund yet?

      Refunds usually take 2 to 3 working days from the day we issue them, but can sometimes take longer. If you have not received anything after 7 business days, please contact our customer service.

    • How can I return my package?

      If you are returning your package please fill in the return form. With this return form the whole return process will be much faster than without.

      • You may have made a typo in uppercase or lowercase letters. Please check the spelling.

    • Article out of stock?

      Some products are very popular and sell out fast. It may happen that an item is no longer in stock. If you want to know if the item comes back or not, please contact our customer service. 

    • I received the wrong article?

      If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service. Don't assemble the car.

      Remember to write in your email: Your full name that was used to place your order, your order number, and a picture of the product you received.

      If you call, have this same information ready. 

    • The article I received is damaged. What can I do?

      If you receive a vehicle with faulty parts, please contact our customer service. Remember to write in your email: Your full name that was used to place your order, your order number, and a picture of the product you received. If you call, please have this information ready. 

      If you get a vehicle with bumps and scratches, we unfortunately can't do anything. These bumps and scratches can occur during manufacturing because of the material used (plastic, metal) and the techniques used for welding and painting the vehicle. The scratches and minor damage can therefore not be a reason for a refund or return. If you think that the damage is too much and too significant, please contact our customer service. Customer service will evaluate your needs. Remember to write in your email: Your full name that was used to place your order, your order number, and a picture of the product you received. If you call, please have this information ready.

    • Pre-order, how does it work?

      The order process for a pre-order is the same as for a regular order that is in stock. We advise our customers to contact us regarding delivery time and when a product will be in stock again. We aim to get into contact with the customer within 2 or 3 working days.

  • Technical issues

    • How do I connect the car to the remote?

      • 1- Turn off the car and remove the battery from the remote control
      • 2- Insert the battery into the remote control to turn it on
      • 3- Press the "Auto Selection" button for 5 seconds. Most of the time, this button is in the middle of the remote. The LED should be flashing.
      • 4- Turn on the car, the LED is still lit.
      • 5- You are connected

      The buttons to be pressed may differ depending on the vehicle. For a more elaborated explanation, read this blog. Contact our customer service if your remote control can't connect to your car.

    • I just received my car but it doesn't charge

      If you just received your car, make sure to check if everything is connected correctly since the car arrives unplugged. Once you have checked that, you can charge your vehicle for 12hrs. If after charging the car still doesn't turn on, please check out this question: "My vehicle will not turn on. What can I do?"

    • My vehicle will not turn on. What can I do?

      If your vehicle doesn't turn on, this can have several causes. In most cases, however, it has been proven that this is a defective battery or a faulty charger.

      To find out if the charger or the battery is defective, you can test it (find more information here). Once this is done, please contact our customer service with the results.
