Our terms of delivery
We always ship packages for both individuals and companies within Europe with DHL / PostNL. The advantage of this is that DHL and PostNL do 3 delivery attempts at the delivery address. Delivery takes place on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. After 3 delivery attempts, the package is returned to Prijstechnisch B.V. If you still want to receive the package after it has been returned to us, we will charge shipping costs. The Delivery Rate is above 98%, so luckily this rarely happens. You can also choose to have the shipment delivered to a DHL or PostNL service point. These can usually be found approximately 10km from any location in your country. If you are not at home, consider this option and indicate this as the delivery address with your order.
The delivery times of our carriers are not fixed. Sometimes you can choose when your package will be delivered and if you do not indicate a preference, you can often see in the track & trace when the expected delivery is. Our carriers have a delivery rate of 98%. Our target of delivery for EU countries is: on working days ordered before 15:30 = delivery within 2-4 business. However, there may be a delay, which is annoying for the customer and for us. We cannot be held responsible for this and no "rights" can be derived from this. If your package is not delivered on time or continues to show the status "registered", we will investigate this. In the meantime, it is still possible for your package to be delivered. We have to wait for the 14 days of the investigation to be completed before we can cancel, send a refund or send a new product.
If a package is returned to us because the delivery address has been entered incorrectly or because the package could not be delivered despite repeated attempts at the specified address, we are forced to charge you shipping costs again. Please also take into account that the name you provide of the delivery address is correct. For example, Mr. Smith uses his work, primary school “The rose” as delivery address, then it should be addressed to primary school “The rose”, att. Mr. Smith. Other addressing may cause confusion for the shipping company and cause a package to have to be returned to us. Costs for this are for the recipient. Note: we charge shipping cost to all countries in europe at €9,95, however this rate is fixed at a low price as an extra discount on your order. For a return or refused package in an EU country we charge €49,-.
If you prefer to have your order delivered in a different way than is normally used, please indicate this clearly in your order. We will then check with you what is possible. For special orders, pallet shipments and shipments with different dimensions, a different transporter can be chosen.
These of course depend on the chosen product. A 55 kg child car costs more to ship than a 2 kg scooter. At the end of your shopping cart you will find the total shipping costs.
